    カスタマーハラスメントポリシー

    1. カスタマーハラスメントに対する基本的な考え方
    当ホテルにおいては、経営理念である「親切と和」に基づき、お客様に寄り添ったおもてなしを提供したいと考えております。一方で、カスタマーハラスメントに対しては、従業員の人権および就業環境を著しく侵害するものとして、毅然と行動して組織的に対応いたします。

    2. カスタマーハラスメントの定義
    厚生労働省が発表している「カスタマーハラスメント対応企業マニュアル」を踏まえ、「顧客等からのクレーム・言動のうち、当該クレーム・言動の要求内容の妥当性に照らして、当該要求を実現するための手段・態様が社会通念上不相当なものであって、当該手段・態様により、従業員の就業環境が害されるもの」をカスタマーハラスメントとして定義いたします。

    3. カスタマーハラスメントの対象となる行為
    厚生労働省が発表している「カスタマーハラスメント対応企業マニュアル」に準じます。なお、対象は以下の行為のみに限定されるものではありません。
    ①お客様などの要求の内容が妥当性を欠く場合の例
    当ホテルの商品・サービスに瑕疵や過失が認められない場合
    要求の内容が、当ホテルの商品・サービスとは関係のない場合
    ②要求を実現するための手段・態様が社会通念上不相当なものの例
    a)要求内容の妥当性に関わらず不相当とされる可能性が高いもの
    身体的な攻撃(暴行・傷害)
    特定感染症を患っている方のご入館。
    精神的な攻撃(脅迫・中傷・名誉棄損・侮辱・暴言)
    威圧的な言動(大声での罵声・恫喝)
    法人で、その役員のうちに暴力団員に該当する者がある場合の構成員、関係者のご入館。
    威圧的な言動・風紀を乱すような行為、または他のお客様に嫌悪感を与え、もしくは迷惑(騒音なども含む)になるような行為。
    土下座の要求
    継続的な(繰り返される)執拗な(しつこい)言動
    拘束的な行動(不退去・居座り・監禁)
    差別的な言動
    性的な言動
    b)要求内容の妥当性に照らして不相当とされる可能性が高いもの
    商品の交換の要求
    金銭補償の要求(合理的な理由のない割引などの要求)
    合理的な理由のない謝罪の要求
    ③お客様によるその他迷惑行為
    SNSやインターネットでの誹謗中傷行為

    4. カスタマーハラスメントへの対応
    カスタマーハラスメントの対象となる行為があった場合、従業員を守るために毅然とした対応を行い、必要に応じて施設のご利用をお断りさせていただく場合があります。また警察や弁護士など外部の専門家と連携し、法的措置なども含めて厳正に対処いたします。

    5. お客様へのお願い
    当ホテルは、これからもお客様に快適な空間とおもてなしを提供することに努めてまいります。しかしながら、万が一カスタマーハラスメントに該当する行為が確認された場合は、本ポリシーに則って対応いたしますので、ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。

    customer harassment policy

    1. Our Basic Approach to Customer Harassment
    At our hotel, guided by our management philosophy of "Kindness and Harmony," we strive to provide warm and attentive hospitality tailored to each guest's needs. However, we regard customer harassment as conduct that significantly infringes upon our employees' human rights and working environment. We will take a firm stance and address such conduct in an organized and coordinated manner.

    2. Definition of Customer Harassment
    Based on the Customer Harassment Response Manual for Companies published by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we define customer harassment as follows:"Complaints or conduct by customers or other parties in which the means or manner used to fulfill the demands are socially unacceptable in light of the validity of the demands, and which thereby harm the working environment of employees."

    3. Conduct Constituting Customer Harassment
    Our policy is based on the Customer Harassment Response Manual for Companies published by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The following examples are not exhaustive, and other conduct may also constitute customer harassment.
    ① Examples of cases in which a customer's demands lack validity
    Cases in which no defects or negligence are found in the products or services provided by our hotel.
    Cases in which the demands are unrelated to our hotel's products or services.
    ② Examples of means or conduct used to fulfill demands that are socially unacceptable
    a) Conduct highly likely to be considered unacceptable, regardless of the validity of the demands
    Physical violence (assault or bodily injury)
    Entry into the hotel by individuals suffering from designated infectious diseases.
    Psychological attacks (threats, slander, defamation, insults, or verbal abuse)
    Intimidating behavior (shouting, verbal abuse, or intimidation)
    Entry into the hotel by members or associates of a corporation whose officers include individuals classified as members of organized crime groups.
    Intimidating behavior, conduct that disrupts public order or morals, or any behavior that causes discomfort or inconvenience to other guests, including excessive noise.
    Demands for prostration or kneeling in apology.
    Persistent and repeated unreasonable demands or harassing behavior.
    Restrictive conduct (refusal to leave, unauthorized occupation of premises, or confinement).
    Discriminatory remarks or behavior.
    Sexual remarks or behavior.
    b) Conduct highly likely to be considered unacceptable in light of the validity of the demands
    Demands for product replacement.
    Demands for monetary compensation, including discounts without reasonable grounds.
    Demands for apologies without reasonable grounds.
    ③ Other nuisance behavior by customers
    Defamation or malicious statements posted on social media or the internet.

    4. Our Response to Customer Harassment
    In the event of conduct that constitutes customer harassment, we will take firm and appropriate action to protect our employees. Where necessary, we may refuse access to or use of our facilities. We will also work with external professionals, including the police and legal counsel, and take strict action, including legal measures where appropriate.

    5. Our Request to Guests
    We will continue striving to provide our guests with a comfortable environment and attentive hospitality. However, should any conduct constituting customer harassment be identified, we will respond in accordance with this policy. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
