ファッション業界で働く日本人の母と造型芸術家のフランス人の父の両方から、幼少期よりモノを作ることへの情熱を学ぶ。
制作の過程の中心には常に、体験からなる言葉と思考、そしてそれらからなる文章があり、それらの本質を還元するように
ドローイングを行う。詩人であり書家であった母方の祖父の影響から、日本の顔料を用いたり刷毛を使用したりするなど、
画面はカリグラフィー(美しい書き物/書道)として成立している。

Based in Paris, France. She learned the passion for creating from a young age both from her Japanese mother, who worked in
the fashion industry, and her French father, a sculptor. 
At the core of her creative process, there are words and thoughts derived from experience, and phrases composed of them.
The drawings aim to give back the essence of these elements. Influenced by her maternal grandfather, who was a poet and calligrapher, the works incorporate Japanese pigments and brushes, resulting in calligraphy (beautiful writing / shodo).

2016年、愛知県立芸術大学大学院美術研究科油画・版画領域修了。

日本画から版画、そして写真へとメディウムを横断しながら制作を続けている。近作「2.5」シリーズは、被写体の表面に水性ペンで一本の黒い線を描くというシンプルな操作を施した写真である。3次元空間＝写真のイリュージョンの中に突然現れる
2次元の世界。最小限でありながら最大限の違和感を引き起こす。彼女の行為は、写真を観る上で私たちが暗黙裏に順守しているルールそれ自体を揺さぶってくる。
2020年 アムステルダム、パリ、東京の3都市を巡回した「LUMIX MEETS BEYOND 2020 by Japanese Photographers #7」
2019年「VOCA展2019」（上野の森美術館、東京）、「あいちトリエンナーレ2019」
2018年 グループ展「写真的曖昧」（金沢アートグミ、石川）などに参加。

Born in Hyogo, Japan in 1991. Graduated from the
Oil Painting and Printmaking Department of the Graduate School of Aichi University of the Arts in 2016.

She continues to create works that traverse mediums, from Japanese painting to printmaking and photography.
Her recent "2.5" series consists of photographs where a single black line is drawn with a water-based pen on the surface of the subject. This creates a two-dimensional world that suddenly appears within the illusion of a three-dimensional photographic space. Her minimally yet maximally unsettling approach challenges the implicit rules we follow when viewing photographs.
she took part in LUMIX MEETS BEYOND 2020 by Japanese Photographers #7, which toured Amsterdam, Paris, and Tokyo.
VOCA Exhibition 2019 (The Ueno Royal Museum, Tokyo), and Aichi Triennale 2019.
She has participated in exhibitions such as the group show Photographic Ambiguity (Kanazawa Art Gumi, Ishikawa) in 2018.

点を打つことで、線を描き、それがいつの間にか面となって画面を構成する絵画を制作。図示と描画のあいだを自在に行き来しながら描く彼女の絵画は、私たちが生きている地球や宇宙で起こっている循環やそれが成り立つ法則を不思議に思いながら追いかける彼女のテーマへの姿勢とも重なります。
近年の展覧会に、2023年「VOCA展2023　現代美術の展望ー新しい平面の作家たち」上野の森美術館、東京。2023年「バーナムで円を描く」COCOTO by COCO Gallery、京都。2022年個展「Got a Light」SANTOKO GALLERY、長野。2020年個展「Life」awai art center、長野など。

Born in Aichi, Japan in 1992.
Graduated from the Oil Painting and Printmaking Department of the Master’s degree in Aichi University of the Arts in 2016.

She creates paintings by placing dots that form lines, which gradually become planes, composing the canvas.
Her paintings, freely moving between illustration and drawing, reflect her fascination with the cycles and laws governing the Earth and universe.
Recent exhibitions include: VOCA Exhibition 2023: The Visions of Contemporary Art 2023– New Artists in Two Dimensions
(The Ueno Royal Museum, Tokyo, 2023); Drawing a Circle in Barnum (COCOTO by COCO Gallery, Kyoto, 2023); solo exhibition
Got a Light (SANTOKO GALLERY, Nagano, 2022); and solo exhibition Life (awai art center, Nagano, 2020), among others.

オルレアンの遺跡の近くで育ち、幼い頃から古代文明に魅了される。1975年19歳で地元オルレアンのシャルル美術館で
初の展覧会を開催。1979年からは、パリのパスニックスタジオで制作を開始。
現在、作品はカルティエ財団、ニューヨーク・ユダヤ博物館、フランス国立図書館など多くの有名なコレクションに収蔵されており、ヨーロッパ、アジア、米国各地で展覧会を開催。

Born in France in 1955. Currently based
in the Camargue region of southern France.

Raised near the ruins of Orléans, he has been fascinated by ancient civilizations since his childhood.In 1975, at the age of 19,
he held his first exhibition at the Charles Museum in his hometown, Orléans. In 1979, he began working at the Pasnic Studio in Paris.His works are now part of many famous collections, including the Cartier Foundation, the Jewish Museum of New York,
and the National Library of France. His exhibitions are held throughout Europe, Asia, and the US.

渡仏以前に、アクセサリーブランドのアートディレクターやマネージャーを務めた後、自身のブランド「SOIE:LABO
(ソワ・ラボ)」を立ち上ける。ギャラリーSINOPLE(パリ)の所属作家として、近年ヨーロッパを中心に展覧会を多数開催。
また、フランス の大手メゾンや建築家ハイブランドとのコラボレーション実績多数。
現代の生活様式の変化や技術革新に伴って衰退しつつある伝統（手）工芸・文化の現状について、現代的な視点を見出し、
同時に内在する普遍的な芸術価値を撮る戻すことを目指して制作を行う。

Born in Japan in 1984.
Currently based in Paris, France. 

Before moving to France, she worked as an art director and manager for an accessory brand. After that, she established her own brand, SOIE:LABO.As an affiliated artist at Gallery SINOPLE (Paris), she has recently held numerous exhibitions, mainly in Europe.Also collaborated with many major French maisons and architectural luxury brands.Hand crafts and cultures are declining due to the changes in modern lifestyle and technological innovations. She aims to discover a modern perspective to it and at the same time regain the universal artistic value inherent in them.

ウクライナ系の両親のもと、第二次世界大戦中にフランスに移住し、ウクライナの文化に親しみながら幼少期を過ごす。
1986年から1990年にかけては演出家や舞台監督としてダンサーや俳優とともにヨーロッパやアメリカの劇場で活動。
2000年を境に、本格的に写真に向き合い始める。以来、写真家としての活動に専念する。2004年から2006年にかけては、
ウクライナ西部フツール地方の民族衣装と文化を記録した『Timeless Hutsuls』シリーズを、2011年以降はウクライナの
地下炭鉱で働く労働者たちを撮影した『Mineurs du monde（世界の炭鉱夫）』シリーズを発表。
2014年にウクライナで起こったマイダン革命をきっかけに、現在に至るまでロシア・ウクライナ間の問題に関心を寄せ、
ボランティア、兵士、医師、そしてその市民たちの生活を撮影し続けている。

His parents are Ukrainian and immigrated during World War II, so he spent his childhood familiarizing himself with Ukrainian culture. Based on his activities on stage and workshops, he has worked extensively as a dancer, actor, stage director, and
in-theater photographer, in Europe and New York, including the Theatre Mogador in Paris between 1986 and 1990.
In 2000, he turned to photography in earnest, and from 2004 to 2006 he produced the "Timeless Hutsuls" series,
a compilation of Ukrainian Hutsul folk costumes and culture, and from 2011 onward, the "Miners of the World(Mineurs du monde)" series of photographs of workers in Ukraine's underground mines.
In the wake of the Maidan Revolution of Ukraine in 2014, he has focused on the ongoing problems between Russia and Ukraine and continues to photograph the daily lives of soldiers, volunteers, doctors, and the citizens in their immediate vicinity.

1980年 静岡生まれ 新潟大学大学院 教育学研究科 教科教育専攻 美術教育 (書道) 専修修了
京都芸術大学 通信教育部書画コース 講師
“前衛書以後”の作家として、書を大胆に解釈した作品を発表。近年は書の美意識を背景に、暗号、モールス符号、点字などの言語記号やそのシステムを題材にした言語の新たなイメージを提起している。また、書線のデジタルコラージュ作品や、企業とのコラボレーションプロジェクトも多数手がけている。

Born in 1980 in Shizuoka Prefecture. Completed a Master’s degree in Art Education (Calligraphy) at the Graduate School of Education, Niigata University.Currently a lecturer in the Calligraphy and Painting Course (Correspondence Program) at Kyoto University of the Arts.

As a post-"avant-garde calligraphy" artist, he presents works that boldly reinterpret the tradition of calligraphy.In recent years, drawing on the aesthetic sensibility of calligraphy, he has explored new visual expressions of language using symbols and systems such as ciphers, Morse code, and Braille.He also produces digital collage works using calligraphic lines and has participated in numerous collaboration projects with companies.
